چکیده

Introduction. Associations of disturbances in innate and adaptive immunity during the clinical course schizophrenia have been found a number studies. Yet, relationship immune parameters systemic inflammation relation to disease its prognosis, remains poorly understood, which highlights an interesting topic for further research. The goal this study was research immuno-inflammatory changes patients with continuous episodic paranoid schizophrenia, assess pathogenetic significance these changes.
Methods. Thirty-six 20 had symptoms 16 symptoms, consented participate study, together 30 healthy volunteers. In we assessed response (serum levels key pro-inflammatory anti-inflammatory cytokines, C-reactive protein) response, including humoral-mediated immunoglobulins IgA, IgM, IgG, circulating complexes), as well cell link (key lymphocyte subpopulations). Positive negative were positive scale; frontal dysfunction by Frontal Assessment Battery (FAB).
Results. Both patient groups higher than normal protein IL-8. There significant elevation complexes among compared controls. Levels CD45+CD3+ lymphocytes (T-cells) differed between groups, values identified lower those symptoms. addition, significantly increased CD45+CD3+CD4+CD25+CD127- regulatory T-cells. Finally, level CD45+CD3-CD19+ B-cells vs. control groups. Markers activation humoral associated severity disorders patients.
Discussion. Comprehensive data on serum cytokines individuals comparison are practically absent literature. We shown that there signs chronic while disease, certain cell-mediated immunity, without immunity.
Conclusion. More studies needed, but obtained important subsequent new treatment methods, based various immunophenotypes schizophrenia.
